I’m a Harbour ISP customer, what happens now?

Harbour ISP customers can rest assured there will be no disruption to your internet service, nor any change to your package price or levels of customer service. There is nothing further you need to do during this merger process.

How do I access or update my account details?

Simply click on the Login button at the top of the page using your current Harbour ISP customer login and password. You may notice that the portal to check your account details has also been updated to Uniti. Once you’re logged in, you can view your account or update your personal details.

Will I have to change my modem or router?

No, you will not have to change your modem or router as this merger will not affect your current internet service.

Will the biller name change?

Will I be able to continue to use my Harbour ISP email address?
