A Toast to our Customers!

Our philosophy at Harbour ISP is simple: our customers come first. We strive to ensure each person’s experience with Harbour ISP is positive and one to remember.

It is not every day however, that customers go out of their way to personally drop in and say thanks. This is why we were so thrilled to get a visit from one of our loyal customers, who is now celebrating his sixth year with us this September.

Warwick Reynolds, who has been with us since 2013, is currently on the nbn™  Satellite service and is based in Western Australia.

Upon his trip, visiting his family in NSW, he took a two-hour drive to the Harbour ISP office to personally say hi to the team and meet the people he has spoken to over the years. And what a great bloke he is! He even thought to bring refreshments for our Mudgee team!

It’s days like this when we are reminded of why we are here, and it brings much satisfaction to know that our customers feel as happy and as passionate as we do.
