Service Description

Harbour ISP PBX Packages are Business Voice services provided via your internet connection.


An internet service with a minimum of 25/5 Mbps is required. Harbour ISP recommends a 100/40 Mpbs internet connection for optimal functionality. You will also require a Harbour ISP approved handset and ethernet cabling.


You will require a router for your internet connection. You will also require an IP Phone for each extension. You can either purchase outright or rent by the month for a 24 month period. At the end of the contract you will own the handset.

Set Up Fee

There are no set up fees associated with the Harbour ISP PBX Packages. If you opt for the optional IVR setup a fee of $49 is charged.

PBX Lite, Business PBX & Corporate PBX include the following features:
  • One Button Extension Dialing

Business PBX & Corporate PBX also include the following features:
  • Call Queues / Hunt Groups
  • Music on Hold
  • 3 Way calling
  • Simultaneous & Sequential Ring
  • Caller ID Blocking & Selection
Corporate PBX also includes the following features:
  • Auto Attendant IVR
  • Intercom
  • Conference Calling
  • Time Based Routing
  • Busy Lamp Field
  • Selective Call Recording
Local & National Standard Calls are included. 1000 minutes per month worth of calls to 12 international destinations: China, Germany, Hong Kong, Canada, UK, USA, India, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore South Korea and Taiwan. This also includes calls to mobiles in China, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia and Singapore.

Included calls to local, national and listed included international numbers are subject to Harbour ISP’s Fair Use Policy. A copy of the Harbour ISP’s Fair Use Policy can be found at

Your plan does not include free calls to 13/1300 numbers, calls to mobiles, calls to international destinations not listed above and premium service numbers. Charges to these services will apply and are outlined below. Calls to 1900 numbers not supported.

additional charge features added such as handset rentals.

Standardised Cost Information

A 2 minute Standard National Mobile Call will cost $0.36.

Charges to International Numbers

You will be charged if you make calls to international destinations that are not included in the included 1000
minutes (see inclusions listed above) and for any calls over and above the 1000 minutes included. International
calls are charged by the minute or part thereof, there is no flag fall. Any unused monthly allowance expires at the
end of your billing cycle.

Maximum Early Termination Charge

There is no early termination charge, however, if you cancel within the term of the contract you will required to pay the remainder of your contract out.
You may request disconnection of the service at any time in writing, however, Harbour ISP require 30 days
written notice to process the termination of the contract. A Pro-rata invoice will be raised to cover any days in the 30 day period which falls after the end of the current billing period.

Manage Your Service Online

Customers can view their bills online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our members portal lets you track your data usage online and change your plan. We will also deliver automated usage alerts by email to your nominated email address as your usage passes 50%, 85% and 100% of your monthly data allowance.
